You have the desire to improve your fitness and alter your body composition. You have invested your money in a membership at a facility with all the necessary equipment. You may already know how to operate the equipment.

To get the most you can from your time at Havasu Fitness you are urged to spend at least 5 sessions with a Personal Trainer. The education you will receive, the motivation you will gain, and the mistakes and injuries you will escape will serve you well for the balance of your extended active life.

All of our personal trainers have completed courses in training, are fully certified and have hands on experience in training clients. Learn more about our friendly and qualified personal trainers.

OUR TRAINERS

Kandin Cambell, ACE, Cycling Classic (Schwinn), Group Exercise (AFAA)

Kandin is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer. Kandin is a personal trainer that works with clients of all ages and all fitness levels. She designs class for youth groups and has been very successful. Kandin is available for private training, semi private or group training.

Jennifer Harrold ACE, CPT

Jennifer is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer. Jennifer is an experienced trainer that works with clients of all ages and all fitness levels. She believes a well designed program will provide balance, give you confidence and strength and energy with a positive mental outlook.

Larry Lutz NASM, CPT

Larry is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer. Larry’s goal is to help and motivate people to achieve their health and fitness goals in fun and challenging ways. Larry’s experience comes from training in Southern California working with some of the best trainer’s in the business. Larry uses conventional and non-conventional methods that improve overall fitness to help people meet their goals while keeping it fun, challenging and with fresh routines!

Denise Smith NASM, CPT, PES, CES

My goal is to help you embrace exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. Balance and variety are key to making fitness a life long process. Combine this with a healthy diet to aid in preventing many chronic health issues and you can improve your quality of life AND increase your self-confidence. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, from the beginner, to athletes, but my main focus is injury prevention and rehabilitation.
