Class Offerings

Physical fitness consists of four equally important elements:
  1. Cardiovascular Training
  2. Strength Training
  3. Flexibility
  4. Nutrition

Our group fitness department offers a wide variety of classes to further your fitness goals, many classes overlapping the fitness categories. We invite you to join in and enjoy our many daily classes. We welcome all members and encourage you to participate in the fun and fitness results gained through the motivation of group fitness classes.

FUSION CLASSES

CARDIO BODY SCULPTING - Create a leaner, stronger body using classic cardio hi/lo aerobics followed by full-body strength workout utilizing hand weights, body bars, exercise bands etc. Cool down and stretch. All levels.
 
CARDIO CORE - A 45 minute infusion of cardio, strength, and core training designed to maintain optimal heart rate levels, burn maximum calories, and firm your entire body all in one fun and energized workout.
 
GOLDEN FITNESS - A motivating class with fun music and hi/lo aerobic moves that are straightforward and basic, yet with results-oriented intensity. Toning exercises with light hand weights, cool down and stretch included. All levels.
    SILVER & FIT -A motivational class that will show you how to increase muscle strength, endurance and range of motion. Class format will follow Humana Health Insurance guidelines.
     
    SILVER & FIT ZUMBA - Latin inspired dance moves. Shake your booty for a fun workout! Meets Silver & Fit workout guidlines.
     
    TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING­ - Interval strength conditioning and cardio training. Designed to work all major muscle groups to improve muscle tone and cardio health.
     
    ZUMBA - The rhythm is gonna move ya! Get a great cardio workout with Zumba, the Latin dance craze that is sweeping the nation.

    FLEXIBILITY

    MAT PILATES - Mindful, full body conditioning focusing on strengthening the core muscles. Improves posture, increases agility and flexibility. Emphasis on the classic mind/body principles of the Pilates exercise method.

    YOGA

    KUNDALINI YOGA - Uses the mind, senses and body to create a communicaton between "mind" and "body". This ninety minutes session focuses on psycho-spiritual growth, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system. **Cost is $5 per session.

    CYCLING

    CYCLE 45 - Forty-five minute full body non-impact workout using fitness bikes. Builds your endurance levels and accommodates all fitness levels.
